Kicking off PCPA’s 45th Anniversary Season is the enduring and endearing
holiday family favorite, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas. This new stage adaptation is based on the celebrated movie and tells the story
of two show biz buddies, World War II Army vets, putting on a show in a
picturesque Vermont inn, and finding their perfect mates in the bargain. The
marvelous Irving Berlin score includes “Count Your Blessings,” “Sisters,” and
the classic title song, “White Christmas” the best selling recording of all
time.

DPHS Students
Dos Pueblos High School’s Charger Theater will present Freidrich Durrenmatt’s The Visit at 7 pm Nov. 15, 20, 21 & 22, with an additional matinee at 2 pm on the 22nd. Tickets are $8.50 for
students and seniors and $10 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased online at www.dphs.org or at the school’s business office
between the hours of 8 am -4 pm Monday – Friday. Parents are advised that there is some mature PG-13 content.

Praised for its lush sound, musical expressivity and vocal virtuosity,the UCSB Chamber Choir (Michel Marc Gervais, conductor) celebrates St. Cecilia, the patron saint of music, with aprogram of 20th century choral works, including Benjamin Britten's majestic Hymn to St. Cecilia, Thomas Jennefelt's haunting Villarosa sarialdi, and sacred works by American composers Eric Whitacre and Morten Lauridsen. This program also launches the choir's new series of concerts in the Santa Ynez valley.
